Consumer Privacy Notice
The Place for Life LLC · Effective August 19, 2026
You are reading this because you filled out a form, booked an appointment, or responded to an advertisement on a page powered by The Place for Life OS, a software platform operated by The Place for Life LLC (“we,” “us”). The insurance professional or agency named on the page you came from (“the Agent”) is who you are doing business with; we operate the technology on their behalf. This notice explains, in plain language, what happens to your information.
What we collect
- What you type into a form: your name, phone number, email, state, date of birth, and what coverage you are interested in
- What happens next: appointment times you pick, text messages you exchange, calls with the Agent or their assistant (calls may be recorded, and you are told at the start of a recorded call), and your consent choices
- Technical details: your IP address, device and browser information, and — on advertising forms — an independent certification service (TrustedForm by ActiveProspect) may record how the form page was filled out, as proof of what you saw and agreed to
Who gets it
Your information goes to the Agent named on the page, and is handled by the service providers that run the technology (hosting, telephone and text delivery, email delivery, payments, calendars, and AI assistance). It is used to respond to your request, provide quotes, schedule and hold appointments, and follow up. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile phone numbers, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Calls, texts, and the AI assistant
If — and only if — you checked a consent box, the Agent may call, text, and email you about your inquiry, including through automated systems and an artificial-intelligence voice assistant. The assistant identifies itself as a virtual assistant and never claims to be human. Consent is never a condition of getting a quote or buying anything. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
How to make it stop
- Text STOP to any text message to end texts immediately, or HELP for help
- Ask on any call to be placed on the do-not-call list
- Use the unsubscribe link in any email
- Opting out of one channel stops automated marketing on the others too — the platform treats a revocation as a revocation
Your rights
Wherever you live in the United States, you may ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. The Agent you did business with is responsible for your information; contact them first, or write to us at theplaceforlifeos@gmail.com and we will route and support your request. You can also request deletion at our data deletion page. Some records — such as proof of your consent choices and required business records — are kept for the period the law allows or requires, even after a deletion request.
Security and retention
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted per Agent, and consent and communication records are retained for as long as needed to prove lawful contact (typically four years) before deletion.
Children
These services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
